How can we be happier?

Write down what you are grateful for and truly be grateful for them. One day, when you look back at the things you wrote, you realised how much you have :) Thank God for blessing me and given me his enlightenment :) So I heard someone saying this, that this world is so colourful and beautiful, it does not need to be so but think about it, it was created so beautifully for us, the inhabitants of this earth.
